SAP Cloud for customer (C4C) is a cloud solution for efficiently managing sales, related services and marketing activities, becoming one of SAP’s key solutions for global customer relationship management. In the context of today’s competitive and complex market, it is important to satisfy customer requirements and, consequently, align sales, marketing and business lines in order to guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction. It is also important to design an integral cost-effective solution that helps an organization achieve its goals and meet customer needs in a flexible business environment.
The suite comprisinf C4C (4th Generation Customer Experience Suite SAP C/4HANA) allows end-to-end integration along the entire customer value chain. SAP Cloud for Customer via OData API and the SOAP web service allow integration through multiple scenarios depending on the business case or the existing type of integration. It is possible to implement integration scenarios for SAP ERP, S/4 HANA, CRM (in this case, C4C acts as a facilitator for the implementation of new features, while leaving the underlying SAP CRM module unchanged) and other OnPremise or cloud suites, through the use of SAP PI/PO and SCP, thereby allowing the customer to integrate OnPremise or in the cloud.
