Per la fase di Service Operation, Solve.it dispone di Service manager e specialisti Itil in grado di gestire sistemi complessi anche in modalità h24.

A supporto completo di potenziali problematiche relative a Service Operation, Solve.it utilizza ServiceNow per la gestione dei change, degli incident e per il mantenimento del CMDB.

Le partnership con Moogsoft e Dynatrace permettono di gestire situazioni e problematiche in strutture IT critiche e complesse.
