Based on many years of experience in the ITSM area on various platforms, Solve.it became a ServiceNow partner in 2015, thereby setting up the ServiceNow Competence Center which provides various types of services, including Advisory, Implementation and Support, both at national and international level.
Our Competence Center numbers more than 40 certified consultants on different modules:

The approach adopted

Training

Onboarding consultants takes place through a guided path that ranges from participation in the ServiceNow Academy to coaching on ongoing projects and continuous specialist training. Our consultants are involved in continuous training courses, continuous updating on new releases and maintaining certifications.

Methodologies and processes

The knowledge and application of methodologies such as NOW Create, ITIL, PMI, Prince2, Agile is used to provide support consultancy for the implementation and adoption of ServiceNow. User requirements are collected through Workshops and Agile techniques are used for implementation. Particular attention is paid to the phase for the adoption of the tool through specific consultancy for the design of the portals and the delivery of online training via video media.
